Issue
When uploading the survey data from Smart Construction Quick3D to Smart Construction Dashboard, the data is uploaded to “Survey Data”, but an error message appears. Or, the upload does not complete.
Cause
1) Account authority on the job site is not “Site Supervisor”.
2) Coordinates have not been converted or the coordinate system has not been changed
3) The coordinate system does not match the Smart Construction Dashboard coordinate system.
4) The location of the image was taken outside the scope of the design data or ground survey data registered in Smart Construction Dashboard, or the location is significantly different from these data.
How to deal
1) Please go to the “Site List” in Smart Construction and check if you are the “Site Supervisor”.
If you are not the “Site Supervisor”, please change your authority because only the site supervisor can upload the data.
2) After SfM processing, either coordinate conversion or coordinate system conversion is required. If you have not done conversion, please do so before registering in the Smart Construction Dashboard.
When using a fixed point
Click the “Coordinate transformation” button in the upper right corner of the screen to convert the coordinates.
When using viDoc RTK rover
You need to change the coordinate system from the detailed information.
*The coordinate system in its initial state is “UTM” as shown below.
If you are unsure of the operation of coordinate transformation or coordinate system transformation, please refer to the user manual.
3) If the coordinate values or coordinate system of Smart Construction Quick3D and Smart Construction Dashboard do not match, an error will occur during upload.
Please confirm they match.
When using a fixed point
When you open a Smart Construction Dashboard site, you will see the coordinate values when you hover the mouse over the map screen.
Please check that the coordinate values here in Smart Construction Quick3D are close.
If the values are completely different, please check if there is a mistake in the coordinate conversion operation or in the coordinate values of the grading point when inputting the coordinates.
When using viDoc RTK rover
Smart Construction Dashboard coordinate system can check in the "Project settings."
Please check that the coordinate system of "More information" in Smart Construction Quick3D is consistent.

If they do not match, change the coordinate system in Smart Construction Quick3D, confirm that the coordinate systems match, and then re-upload the data to Smart Construction Dashboard.
4) If the data is not within the range of the design data or ground survey data registered in Smart Construction Dashboard, the data will not be reflected properly. Please make sure that the location where the data was taken is within the scope of the data registered in the Smart Construction Dashboard.
If the data location in Smart Construction Dashboard and the data in Smart Construction Quick3D are far apart, an error will occur during upload.
