Connection between viDoc and terminal is broken or communication is not possible.

Issue

Want to attach viDoc to a terminal to take pictures, but the linkage between viDoc and the terminal is broken or communication is not possible.

Causes

1) Old version of Pix4Dcatch

2) Older version of iOS

3) Other apps are being used on the phone at the same time
4) The terminal is connected to other devices via Bluetooth and cannot connect to viDoc

5) Poor internet environment, slow or unstable internet speed

6) There is a problem with satellite conditions

7) There is a problem with your NTRIP account

How to deal

1) Update Pix4Dcatch to the latest version.

2) Update iOS to the latest version.

3) Close all applications and open only Smart Construction Quick3D and Pix4Dcatch.

4) Check the Bluetooth connection from the device's settings screen and make sure it is not connected to another device.

5) Check if there are any problems with your Internet connection.

6) Check the connection in a good satellite environment.

7)・Check that the account information you entered is correct.

   ・Make sure that the account is not being used by another party.
