Issue

Unable to upload shooting data in the Pix4D catch app to Smart Construction Quick3D.

Cause

1) The user is trying to upload by directly opening the Pix4D catch application.

2) App version or iOS is out of date.

How to deal

1) If you try to upload by directly opening the Pix4D catch application, you will not be able to upload to Smart Construction Quick3D.

Please open the Smart Construction Quick3D app to enter the capture screen.

How to upload SfM processed data again to another jobsite.

2) If the versions of the Smart Construction Quick3D app and Pix4D catch app are out of date, uploading may not be successful. Please make sure your version is up-to-date.

Also, please make sure that the iOS version of your device is also up-to-date.
