How to Re-Upload Capture Data to Smart Construction Quick3D

Issue

How to re-upload data once it has been processed by SfM. (Or uploading the same data to another site.)

Answer

You can re-upload by copying the shooting data in the Pix4D catch app and saving it under a new alias.

Explanation / How to deal

Please operate as follows on the device (iPad or iPhone) used for shooting.

If you try to upload by directly opening the Pix4D catch app, you will not be able to upload to Smart Construction Quick3D.

Please follow the instructions below to open the Smart Construction Quick3D app and enter the shooting screen.

• Open the Smart Construction Quick3D application.
  
• Tap the camera icon
  

・Select “Projects” on the shooting screen

• Select the file you want to re-upload.

 

• Click the Export button in the upper-right corner, then click “Export data (OPF) for PIX4Dmatic.”

 

• Select Smart Construction Quick3D icon.

• Enter a project name (name of the data to be shot), select the jobsite to upload to, and touch the “Upload” button.

 

• The data will be created in the Project List screen.
